Welcome to Kanishka Makeover! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use our website, book services, or purchase products from us. By using our website or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services & Appointments
All makeup bookings are subject to availability.
Advance booking and partial payment may be required to confirm your appointment.
Please arrive on time. Delays of over 15 minutes may result in cancellation or rescheduling.
For bridal or large event bookings, a contract may be required.
2. Payments
We accept [Cash / UPI / Card / Online Payment].
Full payment must be made before or at the time of service.
Product purchases are final unless faulty (see “Returns” below).
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund of any advance payment.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the advance.
Bridal or large-event cancellations may have different terms—these will be provided during booking.
4. Product Policy
All products are carefully packed and quality-checked.
We accept returns only if the item is damaged or defective, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
No returns or exchanges for opened or used beauty products.
5. Personal Information
Your personal details are protected and handled as per our Privacy Policy. We use your data only to provide services and communicate with you.
6. Intellectual Property
All images, content, branding, and designs on our website and social media are property of Kanishka Makeover. Do not use them without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Allergic reactions to makeup products (please inform us in advance of any known allergies)
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, emergencies)
Errors due to inaccurate information provided by you
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
